1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Joint Vibe application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Joint Vibe is a nightlife discovery and engagement platform that allows users to discover venues, book VIP tables, check in, place orders, make payments using JV Coin (a digital token), live stream, interact with other users, and access various venue services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must complete identity verification as required by the platform.
• You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. JV Coin & Digital Wallet

• JV Coin (JVC) is a digital token used within the Joint Vibe ecosystem. It is not a cryptocurrency, security, or legal tender.
• JVC can be purchased via supported payment methods and used for transactions within the platform.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification requirements and processing times.
• We reserve the right to freeze wallets suspected of fraudulent activity.
• JVC balances do not earn interest and are not insured.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or offensive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

7. Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Service.
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post.

8. Venue Services

Joint Vibe facilitates connections between users and venues. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods or services provided by venues. Disputes between users and venues should be resolved directly between the parties.

9. Fees & Payments

• Transaction fees may apply to certain operations within the platform.
• All fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, any remaining JVC balance will be handled according to our withdrawal policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOINT VIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
